Digital Account Manager

 

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our vibrant team. The Digital Account Manager will report directly to the Account Director, and is responsible for managing client relationships through providing outstanding levels of service and managing the internal tactical delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.


 
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Account Director to produce bespoke digital marketing plans for each client in your portfolio
  • Manage production time, clients’ budgets, and project schedules for your allocated client base, working closely with your colleagues in the Client Services team
  • Responsible for accurately working within the agreed contract hours by delivering quality Customer Service
  • Responsible for final quality assurance of all SEO documents
  • Analysing client websites and search results to identify SEO opportunities within clients’ markets
  • Use Google Analytics to review client performance
  • Maintaining Glasshat’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships
  • Use Glasshat technology to identify SEO tasks for client campaigns
  • Preparation of timely monthly client reports (progress & performance), subsequent recommendations, and insights
  • Communicate project progress with clients according to expectations
  • Regular strategic review and direction of client's digital marketing strategy
  • Present strategies, deliverables and performance reports to your client base
  • Ensure that the digital strategy recommended aligns to the client’s business strategy and needs
  • Ensure that you have a clear understanding of the client’s business strategy, objectives and needs and that regular review of this strategy are carried out
  • Retention and growth of your existing client portfolio ensuring specific upsell opportunities are capitalised upon


The Person

To be considered you will be a motivated Account Manager with a minimum of two years’ experience within a digital media, web design or development, SEM or SEO organisation. You will have an ability to prove an understanding of various disciplines of SEO and have experience in SEO implementation.

A strong work ethic, excellent time management, and strong project management and communication skills are essential to this role. A proactive attitude is a must and a willing to think of the bigger picture. A passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the space and trends are also key requirements.

Web and Mobile Development - SEO Specialist

 

Position Overview

This role focuses heavily on the developing, implementing and executing technical recommendations for our clients website - which includes:

  • Website Migration Plan
  • Migration Checklist
  • Technical Audit
  • GWT, GA setup , event tracking etc.
  • Technical and Onpage recommendation implementation and more
  • User Interface best practice design experience  (frontend)

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEO, in particular, how a technically sound website improves SEO rankings.  


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to present technical information clearly and articulately
  • Thorough understanding of GWT, GA and and Tag Manager
  • Self-Allocating specialist work from the Project Management Tool on a daily basis and completing them within the set timeframes
  • Notifying Project Managers when work is completed and allocating them to appropriate categories
  • Support 'Category' Lead in the R&D of new products and product improvement
  • Work with the Category Lead in providing feedback and recommendations on current Actions
  • Liaise with Project Managers and clients to ensure they receive everything they need and pro-actively escalate and communicate regarding any delays.
  • Developing new workflows to streamline best practice processes and improve efficiency
  • Attend planning sessions when requested by 'Category' Lead
  • Other duties as directed by the 'Category' Lead

 
The Person

  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards
  • Excellent working knowledge of CMS platforms (E.g. Kentico, Magento, Wordpress, Cognito, etc.)
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics
  • 3+ year Digital Marketing Experience
  • Interest in digital media, web design, SEM or SEO industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques and best practice
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Solid client liaison and interpersonal skills

  • To plan and execute bespoke brand marketing / PR  strategies and tactics which enhance Glasshat's SEO campaigns 
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to pro-actively build out a portfolio of Brand Marketing services and products that can be used within Glasshat Technology
  • To build a network of online relationships that can be used for the benefit of Glasshat's client's marketing campaigns. 

 

The Person

  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in planning and implementing online brand marketing campaigns (such as blogger outreach, content marketing, PR) for small, medium and large businesses
